Job Position Details:
The available role is within the Risk Management (Information Security) team, and candidates will be responsible for managing all Information Security-related projects and programs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Managing all Information Security projects, including monitoring programs like Identity and Access Management, DLP (Data Loss Prevention), NAC (Network Access Control), etc.
- Planning and prioritizing tasks, assigning team members, and ensuring smooth project delivery.
- Maintaining project logs and reporting progress to the management team.
- Implementing corrective measures and ensuring security standards are met across all programs.
- Maintaining a strong system for risk assessment and ensuring the continuous development of security policies.
Requirements:
- Educational Qualifications: Minimum graduation (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant fields recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC).
- Experience: At least 5 years in Information Technology or Information Security with a minimum of 2 years of experience in IT project management or IS Project Management.
- Candidates with banking experience and expertise in large-scale organization operations will be given preference.
- Skills Required: Strong knowledge of information security, project management, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
Employment Type:
This is a contractual position, initially for three years, with a possibility of extension based on performance. Compensation and benefits will follow NBP’s policies.
