  • Qualification & Experience:
    • MBBS (Registered with PMDC/PMC). Specialization in orthopedics, neurology, or trauma is a plus.
    • Minimum 5 years’ professional experience in medical claims management or hospital practice with specific exposure to orthopedic and neurosurgical trauma-related cases.
    • Prior experience in health insurance, TPA, or hospital in-patient clinical practice is highly preferred.
    • Strong knowledge of medical coding (ICD-11, CPT, LOINC), MS Excel, data analysis, and insurance e-claims systems.

2. District Case Manager – Multiple Locations

  • No. of Positions: 08
  • Locations:
    • 03 in Karachi
    • 01 in Hyderabad
    • 01 in Mirpurkhas
    • 01 in Nawabshah
    • 01 in Sukkur
    • 01 in Larkana
  • Qualification & Experience:
    • MBBS (Registered with PMDC/PMC or relevant authority).
    • Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience in clinical in-patient practice or case management (insurance/TPA).
    • Hands-on exposure to Trauma, ICU, or treatment of traumatic injuries will be an advantage.
    • Strong communication, analytical, and coordination skills with familiarity in healthcare processes and medical documentation.

3. Coordination & Communication Officer – Karachi

  • No. of Positions: 01
  • Qualification & Experience:
    • Master’s degree in Mass Communication, Public Relations, Social Sciences, Business Administration, or related field.
    • Minimum 5 years’ experience in communication, PR, or stakeholder engagement (preferably in health insurance, social protection, or industrial sectors).
    • Strong skills in communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
    • Proficiency in Urdu, Sindhi, and English. Skilled in social media, community engagement, and working effectively with diverse stakeholders, including CBAs and government authorities.
