The Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (GoKP), Finance Department has announced consulting positions under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Mobilization & Public Resource Management Program (KPRMP & PRMP).
This program is supported by the World Bank and aims to improve revenue mobilization and strengthen public resource management across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. To achieve this goal, applications are invited from qualified individual consultants.
Available Positions & Required Qualifications
1. Spring Boot Backend Developer
- Qualification & Experience
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant development experience in a reputable organization.
- Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Spring Security, JPA, PostgreSQL/PostGIS.
- Hands-on experience with Swagger, REST API design, Git version control.
- Strong knowledge of database optimization and transaction tracking.
2. Frontend Developer
- Qualification & Experience
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant development experience.
- Expertise in React.js, Redux, Material-UI.
- Experience in MapStore/MapStore.native customization.
- Proficiency with Axios, Chart.js/Nivo, MapStore plugins.
3. GIS Developer
- Qualification & Experience
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in GIS, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in GIS development.
- Proficiency in GeoServer, SLD, WMS/WFS, OpenLayers.
- Skilled in Python (GeoPandas, Shapely), QGIS.
- Strong expertise in PostGIS integration.
4. Android Developer
- Qualification & Experience
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of development experience.
- Proficiency in React Native (preferred) or Kotlin.
- Experience with SQLite, REST API integration.
- Familiarity with Firebase authentication or cloud storage (optional).
5. DevOps Engineer / Deployment Specialist
- Qualification & Experience
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in DevOps and deployment.
- Strong expertise in Linux, Docker, GitHub Actions/Jenkins.
- Proficiency in NGINX, SSL/TLS, UFW firewall.
- Experience with AWS EC2, RDS, S3, DigitalOcean droplets.
