The School Education Department (SED), Government of the Punjab is inviting dynamic and qualified professionals to join its “Getting Results: Access and Delivery of Quality Education Services (GRADES)” project.
This World Bank–assisted initiative aims to enhance reading proficiency and improve early-grade education across Punjab.

Research Associate | 02 | Master’s degree (16 years) in Statistics, Demography, Development Studies, Business Administration, Public Policy, Social Sciences, Economics, or Public Administration (HEC recognized). | Minimum 3 years’ verifiable research experience in public/ private/ international organizations, preferably in education. |
Procurement Associate | 02 | Master’s/Bachelor’s (Hons) in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Administration, Finance, or Social Sciences (HEC recognized). | Minimum 2 years’ experience in procurement for government or international organizations. Experience with World Bank procurement preferred. |
Data Analyst Research | 01 | Master’s (16 years) in Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Data Science, or Business Administration (HEC recognized). | Minimum 3 years’ verifiable experience in data analysis, monitoring & evaluation, or public sector research, preferably in education. |
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth research and data analysis for education reforms.
- Support procurement processes and ensure compliance with World Bank guidelines.
- Provide policy recommendations to improve education outcomes in Punjab.
